Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. That’s why we will happily give your money back if the wines we included in your box don’t live up to your expectations - no questions asked.
- To get a refund, the return request must be registered with us within 2 weeks of delivery.
- Bottles must be in the same condition as delivered and bottles unopened.
What if one of my bottles is corked?
We believe in the quality of our wines. We handpicked and tasted them personally before stocking, but sometimes you can get the rouge bottle, bad cork or some accident may happen that needs to be resolved.
If you feel that something is not right with one of the bottles you received from us, or if you have any other issue, please get in touch with us. We will try to come up with a solution as quickly as we can.
