Roasted Seafood with lemon and herbs


Time: 25 minutes - Serves: 4 people - Difficulty: Very Easy



  • 8 scampi

  • 8 large shrimps

  • 8 scallops

  • 4 tbsp of olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 2 lemons (1 lemon for zest and juice, the other for lemon wedges)

  • lemon thyme (to taste)

  • parsley (to taste)

  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

  2. Distribute all the seafood (scampi, shrimps, and scallops) in a large baking dish, in a single layer.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, the thinly sliced garlic cloves, the lemon zest and juice, and the lemon thyme.

  4. Brush the mixture over the seafood and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Put the baking dish in the oven for about 10 minutes to cook the seafood.

  6. Remove from the oven, scatter with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

  7. Open a bottle of wine selected by Wow Wines and enjoy your meal.
